Travel can be complicated, especially these days. Rose creates a worry free experience. Her detailed knowledge of everything travel, coupled with her kind demeanor made every step of the planning process a pleasure. And it doesn’t stop once booking your trip! Rose consistently followed up, including checking in during the time we were away. In an age where it seems simple to reserve on third party website, it is anything but that. Rose is a refreshing reminder that stellar customer service will always reign supreme. My Wife and I couldn't ask for a better experience, we were hand held from the beginning of the process until we boarded the MSC Seaside and then when needed on-board Rose Cleary our Cruise Planner Professional continued to be accessible when we needed any questions answered. we even got a text when we got off the ship asking if everything was okay.
You will not find a better asset than Rose, she was and is the consummate professional.
